At Fila India, we offer a hassle-free 15-day return and exchange policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your sportswear and footwear. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Request
Log in to your Fila account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the item you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.
Quality Inspection
Ensure the product is in its original condition with tags attached; our courier partner will perform a quick surface check during the doorstep pickup.
Reverse Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your registered address within 48 to 72 hours.
Refund Processing
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a final quality check, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
